YEARLY BONUS & LEAVE ENCASHMENT

It is the policy of NIGAM to provide the annual bonus to all eligible employee’s working in NIGAM facility.

NIGAM provide the annual leave to all eligible employee’s working in NIGAM facility.

INCREMENT

Annual increment is granted to the employees according to their date of joining which is 10% of its salary or more depends on its each year performance evaluation.

E.O.B.I POLICY

NIGAM register each and every employee with the E.O.B.I (Employee’s old age Benefit Institution). EOBI Department pays the pension to the retired employees after completion of minimum period as per EOBI law. NIGAM pays 6% contribution of total salary.

GRATUITY POLICY

We have policy that each employee is given gratuity equivalent to one month’s salary (last drawn) for each completed service year at the end of his employment as labor law. In case of death of an employee gratuity is given to his/her legal heirs.

LIFE INSURANCE POLICY

As per the applicable law NIGAM provides life insurances policy to all its work force. All the employees are ensured and registered with social security and labor office. In case of any death occurred the employees is paid by the company and labor office according to requirements.­­
